The jacuzzi was out of service, which was a big letdown!!! The spa needs serious decorating and maintenance for a more inviting atmosphere!!!

Relaxing countryside escape

Had a one-night stay with my partner and their dog. Room was nice but the spa felt more like a leisure center than a true spa. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with breakfast, they swapped out black pudding for extra sausages! Would've loved better toiletries in the room though.

We stayed in a Standard Double Room and it was super spacious and comfy! The bed felt great, which helped us relax after a long day. Plus, the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch for unwinding. The design was really appealing, but a bit more attention to detail in cleaning would have made it perfect.

Good vibes and chill spa

We spent one night and really enjoyed the spacious room and friendly staff. The spa area is lovely, though it got a bit crowded on Saturday. The bar was cozy for a drink after dinner, but the food from the restaurant could've been hotter. a nice stay with beautiful surroundings.

i’ve stayed in cambridge before, but my experience at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the friendly staff and clean facilities, especially the lovely pool area, were highlights of my trip. the breakfast featured delicious freshly baked pastries that set the perfect tone for the day.

air conditioning didn’t work well

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited a fabulous centre showcasing rare species and enjoyed a thrilling Silent Disco with 00s, 80s, and Disco playlists. If you're looking for a fun weekend, consider a day at the zoo, it's perfect for groups and families. The spa facilities were nice and clean, adding to our overall experience.

The breakfast service could be better organized. We had to wait for many items to become available, which was frustrating. A bit of table service would improve the experience.

The breakfast was plentiful and offered a variety of delicious options that everyone loved.
